Around Chicago, Chris Bosh is the “enemy” as a member of the back-to-back NBA champion Miami Heat. But you have to respect his passion for software and the impact it has on your daily life.
He recently wrote an excellent op-ed piece for Wired on the importance of coding that echoes my personal sentiment. If I had to tell someone what crucial skill they should learn, it would be to code.

Bosh’s passion for coding is nothing new. Back in February, the Code.org home page featured a video starring Bosh and other celebrities touting the importance of coding. Code.org’s mission is for “every student in every school to have the opportunity to learn computer science”.
Here at Breakthrough, we couldn’t agree more with that sentiment!
