High Stakes Medical Assessment

The Challenge

Aquifer needed an enterprise-class assessment platform that could be integrated into their LMS for complex assessment delivery for the tens of thousands of medical school assessments they perform each year.  Their challenge was in finding a technology and a team that could be reliably stood up, extended as needed, and profitable as their operations grew in scale.

The Solution

Breakthrough Technologies stood up a version of the open-source assessment platform TAO, that we call "TAO+".  This version of TAO has been extensively updated by Breakthrough to allow for additional reliability, scalability, and deployment to the cloud.

This solution has been in operation for several years and is performing well for Aquifer's current clientele.
