We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers, identifying potential opportunities, driving sales growth with existing customers, and ensuring the highest level of service through regular quality check-ins. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
o Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and feedback.
o Conduct regular quality of service check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Sales Growth:
o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
o Grow our influence within the organizations
o Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales within the existing customer base.
o Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet and exceed sales targets.

Team Collaboration:
o Communicate customer feedback and insights to the sales team and other relevant departments.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and initiatives.
o Participate in regular team meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and celebrate achievements.

Reporting and Analysis:
o Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets.
o Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and customer feedback.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that all customer interactions and sales processes adhere to company standards and policies.
o Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery and product offerings.
o Implement and monitor service quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, in Sales or in a similar sales role.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
